Aman Singapore Opens Ultra-Luxury Residences Atop the Skywaters Tower
Aman debuts its first Singapore residential collection with two Sky Villas and penthouses across The Skywaters tower, designed by Kerry Hill Architects.
Aman has formally unveiled its first residential collection in Singapore, launching a curated selection of luxury apartments and penthouses on the upper floors of The Skywaters, one of the island's tallest towers. The development sits at the convergence of the bustling civic district, Marina Bay and the emerging Greater Southern Waterfront precinct on the city's south bank.
The project is anchored by two exclusive Sky Villas at the tower's apex, each featuring private pools and panoramic sightlines across the city's skyline, waterfront and beyond. Below these sit a collection of two- to five-bedroom residences and penthouses, designed with flowing floor plans, generous proportions and seamless transitions between interior and exterior spaces via expansive balconies. Some units include private pools, luxury entertainment zones and flexible wellness facilities.
Design Philosophy and Architecture
Kerry Hill Architects, the Singapore-based practice renowned for luxury resort design, shaped the project's architectural language. The firm translated Aman's signature minimalist and serene ethos—characterised by clean lines, restrained materiality and a deep emphasis on privacy—into an urban high-rise context. Vlad Doronin, chairman and chief executive of Aman Group, described the vision as "a complete residential sanctuary, prioritising privacy, expansive space and tranquility" that offers respite from the rhythm of the city below.
Amenities and Member Privileges
Resident privileges extend beyond the units themselves. Access to the Aman Spa, a comprehensive wellness centre focused on recovery and longevity, is included. A private members' bar with eastward-facing views toward the sea reserves seating for residents. The Aman Club, a members-only retreat within the development, curates bespoke dining, cultural programming and a community united by shared lifestyle values.
The residences represent a selective entry point into one of Asia's most distinctive luxury living experiences, combining high-density urban positioning with the brand's established ethos of privacy and refined leisure.
