Noble Crystal Long Bien WorldHotels Residences, a new luxury residential project in Hanoi's Long Bien district, has launched its Sky Villas collection with a design philosophy that treats the home as a personal statement. The limited collection of 413 units ranges from 100 square metres to over 300 square metres across one, three and four-bedroom configurations.

The design challenge at the heart of the collection is not how to cram in more rooms, but how to allow multiple generations to share living space without sacrificing privacy. Every Sky Villa features a through-floor design—a duplex-style layout increasingly favoured among Asia's affluent residents—that vertically separates daily routines. The ground floor functions as the family's living hub: open-plan kitchens and lounges flow directly onto sun-filled terraces and private pools, which occupy up to 52 square metres per unit, with 20 to 30 square metres dedicated to the water feature itself.

The upper storey is reimagined as a sanctuary. Each family member's bedroom and work area are optimally isolated, with floor-to-ceiling Low-E glass framing panoramic views across the manicured grounds, Harmony Lake or Long Bien Golf Course. This separation transforms idle moments into visual experiences.

The Collection in Detail

The one-bedroom Sky Villa (approximately 100 square metres) targets young professionals seeking a clean, contemporary statement. Its layout connects living space directly to a private terrace and pool, with a separate sleeping level above.

The three-bedroom unit (165–242 square metres) balances intimacy with independence. A generous master bedroom occupies the ground floor, with two secondary bedrooms sealed off on the upper level—a layout that respects both family togetherness and individual routine.

The four-bedroom Sky Villa (283–321 square metres) serves multi-generational households. Its scale allows for private bedrooms across both storeys, plus flexible living areas that can become libraries, playrooms or home offices.

Beyond Architecture

Finishes meet European luxury standards. Each unit includes bespoke furnishings from premium European brands and floor-to-ceiling detailing. Private lift access—one villa per lift per floor—ensures absolute discretion, reinforced by multi-layered security systems. Ground-level amenities extend to a retail and leisure complex, a dedicated spa and wellness centre, and rooftop walking trails. All Sky Villas operate under WorldHotels' "One Villa – One Service" concierge standard, treating resident management to five-star hospitality protocols.
