Franck Muller brings Vanguard Rose Skeleton to Ho Chi Minh City at WPHH 2026
Franck Muller launches its first watch exhibition in Ho Chi Minh City, centred on the new Vanguard Rose Skeleton and WPHH 2026 designs.

Franck Muller opened its first watch exhibition space in Ho Chi Minh City on 8 and 9 August, introducing the Vanguard Rose Skeleton alongside new designs from WPHH 2026. The exhibition was designed as a journey through the brand's mechanical world, drawing visitors through carefully curated displays that connect the maison's history with its contemporary vision.
The focal point was the Vanguard Rose Skeleton, which pairs the collection's signature tonneau case shape with a skeleton dial that exposes the movement beneath. Within the precise mechanical architecture, a rose motif emerges through delicate line work, creating contrast between organic beauty and mechanical structure. At the event, visitors watched a Swiss artisan hand-engrave rose details directly on watch faces, revealing the craft-intensive process behind each timepiece.
Design and Exhibition
The exhibition space itself reflected the brand's aesthetic: dominated by navy and black tones, it evoked what organisers described as a "heritage garden," with layered lighting, moving mechanical elements, and archival materials positioned throughout. These design touchstones created a dialogue between past craftsmanship and current innovation, allowing new pieces to be understood within Franck Muller's broader trajectory.
Beyond the Vanguard Rose Skeleton, the maison showcased six additional designs: Round Triple Mystery Skeleton, Vanguard Kelly Dabbah, Vanguard Crazy Hours Jisbar, Cintree Curvex Gatsby, and Curvex CX Silhouette. Each explored different approaches to case geometry, dial configuration, and mechanical structure, maintaining the experimental spirit that defines the brand.
Nicholas Rudaz, CEO of Franck Muller, attended the opening, alongside Jacqueline Tien Nguyen, CEO of DAFC (the brand's distributor). Vietnamese public figures including Minh Hằng, Hương Giang, Hari Won, and Isaac were among the guests. The second day opened the exhibition to the general public, allowing collectors and enthusiasts to experience the new collection directly.
The Ho Chi Minh City exhibition signals Franck Muller's deepening engagement with Southeast Asian markets, translating its WPHH 2026 collection into an immersive experience that emphasises both mechanical innovation and the human labour embedded in each piece.
