ITZY’s Yuna To Miss Shenzhen Fan Sign Events Due To Health
JYP Entertainment confirms ITZY's Yuna will miss upcoming Shenzhen fan sign events due to hospitalisation for inflammation and high fever.

ITZY member Yuna will not attend the group's fan sign events in Shenzhen on 1 and 2 August following a recent hospitalisation. On 30 July, JYP Entertainment released a statement confirming that Yuna had visited hospital after developing a high fever and was subsequently diagnosed with inflammation. A specialist recommended hospitalisation, prompting the agency to withdraw her from both scheduled appearances.
The remaining four members—Yeji, Lia, Ryujin, and Chaeryeong—will participate in the events as planned. JYP Entertainment stated that any adjustments to the fan sign format resulting from Yuna's absence would be communicated directly to ticket holders through MakeStar, the platform managing event entries.
"We will do our utmost to prioritise the artist's health and provide adequate treatment and recovery," the agency said in its statement. The announcement comes as ITZY continues promotional activities around a new mini album release, with the Shenzhen events marking a significant regional engagement for the six-member group's fanbase in China.
No timeline for Yuna's return to group activities has been announced. ITZY, formed under JYP Entertainment in 2019, has built a substantial following across Asia through releases including "Crazy in Love" and "Gold," with fan events playing a central role in the group's connection with supporters across different territories.
